What does it cost?
Joining and your profile page are free, with no monthly fee. You pay only for the leads you receive, at a price per lead we agree on with you before you're ever charged. Your card is kept on file with Stripe and charged per lead.
What does "one pro per trade per town" mean?
Each trade in each town is held by one contractor. If you hold plumbing in Avon, every plumbing request we get from Avon goes to you, not to a list of competitors. Spots are first come, first served.
What if a lead is bad?
If a lead is a wrong number, spam, or outside the towns and trades you chose, tell us within a few days and we'll credit it.
How do I get my leads?
By text, email or both, as soon as the homeowner sends their request. Call them back fast. Homeowners hire the pro who reaches them first.
Do I need a license and insurance?
If your trade needs a Connecticut license or registration, we'll ask for the number and check it on the state's eLicense site. We ask every pro to carry liability insurance.
Is there a contract?
No. You can pause leads when you're booked up, or stop anytime.
